1. Shipping & Delivery Process

  • All our products are shipped fresh from Tanzania via air freight to maintain the highest quality.
  • Upon arrival in the UAE, orders are fulfilled and delivered by Jeebly, our trusted delivery service provider.

2. Delivery Options & Timelines

We offer two delivery options across the UAE (excluding remote areas):

  • Next-Day Delivery: Orders placed before 4:00 PM (Monday to Saturday) will be delivered on the next day.
  • Orders placed after the cutoff times will be processed on the next working day.
  • No deliveries on Sundays or public holidays.

3. Delivery Fees

  • Delivery charges, if applicable, are clearly stated at checkout before placing your order.
  • Free delivery may be available for certain orders, depending on promotions or order value.

4. Proof of Delivery

  • A delivery receipt must be signed or confirmed by the registered customer upon receiving the order.
  • If the recipient is unavailable, the delivery may be rescheduled, or additional instructions will be required.
